Born and raised in the heart of Beaumont, Texas — the Avenues, Julia Salazar’s story is rooted in resilience, hustle, and community. With a professional background in management, the medical field, and quality assurance, Julia learned early the value of structure, integrity, and excellence. What started as a one-woman tax operation quickly turned into something much bigger when she discovered her true passion: helping people win financially and opening doors for others to enter the tax industry. That vision led to the birth of Unified Financial Tax Service LLC, which has now trained over 100+ tax preparers and proudly supports 40 active tax professionals heading into the 2026 tax year. Julia’s journey as an ERO and CEO hasn’t been easy—but it’s been purpose-filled. Through every obstacle, she remained committed to mentorship, leadership, and putting God first, believing that with faith, discipline, and obedience, the sky truly isn’t the limit. Known for her compassionate heart and relentless work ethic, Julia shows up every day ready to build, teach, and pour into others.
